The company Teramico was founded in Achim in 2002 and taken over by us (Jeff and Lennart) in 2013. We actually come from completely different backgrounds and simply said "now or never" at some point and traded in our suits for a decent pair of gloves. We've never regretted this move; our success proves us right, and looking forward to Monday on Sunday is also very worthwhile ;-)

The newly invented company name Teramico encompasses terracotta, ceramics, and amico, the Latin word for friend. This has made us your competent partner for garden furnishings for years.

The idea of ​​importing planters ourselves stems from the fundamental idea of ​​selling frost-resistant and timelessly beautiful planters and garden decorations directly. Since our products are very popular and are far too valuable to be sold exclusively from our warehouse, we decided in 2019 to switch entirely to online business and moved into a warehouse in Oyten near Bremen.

Highest quality, a huge variety and an impressive price-performance ratio have been the focus from the beginning and still are today.

Today we certainly offer one of the most comprehensive ranges in the field of garden equipment, although our main focus remains on planters.

The origin

Our plant pots are imported directly from all over the world: from enchanting Asian countries like Vietnam, Thailand, and China, from ancient factories in the Tuscan towns of Siena and Impruneta, and from northern Italy.

We source our excellent crates from Europe, primarily from Poland, and we purchase directly from local fruit growers. A high level of trust is essential to ensure we can continue to deliver such excellent quality.

We regularly visit our suppliers on-site to gain inspiration, discuss new product lines, and stay ahead of the game when it comes to innovations and quality. Of course, we also negotiate prices, which is really important in these times, and we always pass on all purchasing advantages directly.

Our customers

Our products find their perfect place everywhere: in beautiful cottage gardens, on the smallest city balconies, indoors, in front of shops and hotels, and in front of stately homes.
In recent years we have sold pots to Denmark and Poland, via Germany to Austria and the USA.

Since our move from Achim to Oyten, our team has been growing steadily, and we always strive to tackle our challenges together with energy and enthusiasm, always shipping only the highest quality, and leaving with a smile at the end of the day.
